Returns and Exchange
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Risefit® items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Or if any part get broken before the warranty period expires (details on each product page), you are always welcome to request a replacement for a new one. This limited warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or the color get worn off.
To be eligible for a return, your item is supposed to be with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need provide the receipt or any proof of your purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at cs@davivy.com. The request received within 60 days of the purchase date will be unconditionally accepted. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return will not be accepted if the items sent back without requesting first.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it'll take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
